What is Psych-K?PSYCH-K (pronounced "sike-kay") is a non-invasive, interactive process designed to change self-limiting subconscious beliefs. How It Works
The method targets the subconscious mind, which is now known to drive about 95% of human behavior, habits, and attitudes.Muscle Testing
Practitioners use muscle testing (kinesiology) to identify stress or perceived "blockages" tied to specific statements or thoughts.Balances
It uses specific physical postures and mental focus exercises—called "balances"—aimed at creating a "whole-brain" state to help integrate new, positive beliefs. My journey
After discovering Psych-K a decade ago and experiencing its profound benefits firsthand, I became a certified facilitator to help others achieve their own powerful transformations.
Testimonials“one of the best in the country”Manon is an exceptional Pilates teacher and has the skills to train a wide variety of clients. She is passionate, dedicated and smart. I have had the great fortune to be in contact with her over the years. She has become one of the best Pilates teachers in the country.— Lesley Powell, Pilates master teacher
New York, New York“wonderful and insightful teacher”Manon and I have worked together for some time now and she has assisted me at several of my teaching seminars. She is a wonderful and insightful teacher in her own right. She is detailed, knowledgeable, and precise in her instructions, and has often filled in details for me when I forgot! I know she continues to study and improve her knowledge at seminars for Pilates teachers and is herself qualified as a seminar presenter.— Jillian Hessel, Pilates master teacher
Los Angeles, California“focused and attentive”I was continually impressed by Manon’s ability to be focused and attentive to my particular needs. Her versatility is always apparent and she tailored a program devoted specifically to the level of my ability. Her knowledge and commitment to the quality and specificity of her work is truly admirable in today’s mass-market approach to exercise. I highly recommend her for any position requiring her skills as a Pilates instructor and related exercise programs.— Ed Feldman, movie producer
Hollywood, California“Manon helped me manage pain”Manon has been my Pilates instructor for some years and I find her extremely knowledgeable, truly dedicated and consistent. I had tried other instructors before I found her and nothing compared. Her approach is intelligent and thorough. She customized a program for my own personal needs and helped me immensely to not only get in shape, but also manage pain from severe degenerative spinal diseases I suffer from.— Deepak Nayar, movie producer
Hollywood, California“ the pilates temple”The Pilates that Manon teaches is beyond what I ever thought was possible! I have done many Pilates, yoga, gyrotonics, famous Hollywood trainers...nobody has had the knowledge and takes the hands on time and care that Manon gives during a session. She blew my mind. She’s not an out of work dancer or actor that is just doing this for the money. She is sincerely interested in helping people help themselves. Not only does she relax the muscles that are over compensating but she strengthens the inner muscles that support and keep the bones in alignment. If I ever tweak my body or have pain somewhere, I go to Manon and its gone. More effective and sustainable than a massage or chiropractor! I call it the Pilates Temple because Manon for real takes it to the core and I always leave feeling expanded and centered in my body. She is like an artist the way she sculpts and treats your body, like a scientist in her precision and the way she maps out the angles and twists, and a healer. She has healed two of my friends and so many others. One has major scoliosis and she straightened her out and the other had a bad knee...one class and she walked out with no pain. Back pain, injuries, you name it. She’s a gem.— Kara Yoshimoto Bua, Chanel celebrity makeup artist and brand ambassador
Los Angeles, California“ precision and clarity”I've taken Pilates over the years, but Le Pilates Loft is the first place I've actually studied it. Manon teaches with a precision and clarity (and total lack of pretension!) that I'd never experienced before. Starting with teaching me to build arches in my formerly flat feet, as well as rid myself of chronic back pain, she's transformed not only my body but my understanding of my body. She'll actually yank out the anatomy books during our sessions, so that the Pilates theory of "whole body integration" moves from abstraction to tangible tool. Just three months in, I'm blown away by how effective this has been. Can't imagine doing anything else.— Cynthia True, writer, editor, and television producer
Hollywood, California“well designed sports program”Manon offered her 2-hour workshop to my players last fall and I was very impressed with her skills and knowledge. Her program is well designed and clearly built for the sport. My players learned a lot and are now integrating these new skills into their training. I plan on having her come back soon and would definitely recommend her program to players of any caliber.— Judes Vallée, head coach of the Cougars hockey team
Sherbrooke, Canada“balance, strength, flexibility and proper mechanics”Manon has a great understanding of balance, strength, flexibility and proper mechanics. I have worked with her for the past year and I am impressed with her knowledge and desire to continue improving herself and her clients. She is a great asset to those she comes in contact with.— Martin Schneckenberger, MS, PT
Los Angeles, California“Pilates and dance technique”Manon’s Pilates workshop at my dance school gave my students a great understanding of the benefits of Pilates in their training. Her training in both dance and Pilates allows her to easily translate the Pilates work into the dance technique.— Mélanie Longtin, owner of the dance school Créa-Danse
